Zapout, a company registered in Sweden, operates the Zapout platform and mobile application ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Services and must immediately discontinue use.
Zapout reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on our website at www.Zapout.se. When updating Terms, Zapout will notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To subscribe to the Services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services and enter into a subscription with the explicit consent of your parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement or have obtained the necessary consent.
Zapout charges fees for its services according to the price list available on our website. All prices are stated including VAT where applicable. For one-time services, payment is charged immediately when you use the service, while the subscription fee is charged at the end of each calendar month.
If payment cannot be processed, you will be immediately notified by email and given the opportunity to update your payment information. If payment issues continue, your account may be temporarily suspended until payment has been received. Zapout reserves the right to take legal action to collect outstanding payments in accordance with Swedish law.
You have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase, in accordance with Swedish consumer law. If you would like to cancel your purchase you can use the app's cancellation feature or contact support@Zapout.se. Refunds are processed within 14 days using your original payment method.
IMPORTANT: You lose your right to cancel once you submit your first compensation application. This is because our service is then considered fully performed. When you submit an application, you:
For the avoidance of doubt: You can cancel within 14 days, but once you submit your first compensation application, the service is complete and no refunds are available for that one application or that subscription period.
Free trials: If you start with a free trial that becomes paid, you won't get a new 14-day cancellation period when billing starts.
Subscriptions: Unless you cancel before your next billing date, you agree to pay for the next period. We don't provide refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.
You may submit complaints regarding the Services by contacting support@Zapout.se or via the in-app support form. Zapout will respond within 14 days and seek to resolve complaints promptly. For unresolved disputes, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden - ARN) for alternative dispute resolution.

Zapout reserves the right to immediately terminate access, report behavior to legal authorities, and initiate legal action in cases of misconduct, abuse, or malicious behavior.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload or submit via the platform. You retain rights to content you upload (e.g., receipts), but grant Zapout a license to use such content for service provision. Zapout is not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of user-generated content. Zapout reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information may result in suspension or termination of your account and potential legal liability.

The content and marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and are provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use only. No part of the Services may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without explicit written permission from Zapout.

To the extent permitted by law, Zapout shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, except for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You are responsible for using our Services lawfully and providing accurate information. If you intentionally submit fraudulent claims or deliberately misuse our platform in a way that causes direct financial harm to Zapout or third parties, you may be liable for such damages under Swedish law.
This liability is limited to direct damages actually caused by your intentional misconduct and does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Swedish law.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, premium subscriptions end at the current billing period, and your data remains available for 30 days for retrieval. All user-generated content handling follows our data retention policy. You may not re-register under another identity if your account was terminated for breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish law. Any waiver of consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal, is only valid to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Any terms that seek to limit your rights beyond what is allowed by law shall be deemed invalid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction.
